Caddie Registration

Cost is $65 per Caddie for the week. To Register:
- Please fill out the form below.
- Pay online or send payment made out to "River Valleys" to Girl Scout Day Camp, 720 Doris Ave, Shoreview, MN 55126
- Send your completed Health History form by email to moundsviewgscamp@gmail.com or send the address above.
Due to COVID, we don't know when Caddie trainings will be offered this year yet. We will send an email out when we know.
They will be available this year, but spots will fill quickly. Therefore, we will take into account both trainings completed as well as age/grade.
*Please make a note in your registration if you will be in high school in the fall and do NOT want to be a senior caddie.
PROGRAM AIDE PLUS TRAINING needs to be completed by ALL middle school age caddies to work at camp!
Don't forget to take your Caddie TRAINING!
Jr. Caddie Requirements:
Completed 6th grade AND Completed Program Aide PLUS training
Caddie Requirements:
Completed 7th grade AND Completed Caddie training
Sr. Caddie Requirements:
Completed 9th grade AND Completed Sr. Caddie training
